A quick rendition of my sweet nephew Leone in watercolor. This was my first use of the stretched watercolor canvases that have recently shown up at the art supply stores. I loved painting on a stretched canvas - no paper to buckle, rip, etc, and the framing cost is reduced or eliminated.
